Richard began his investment industry career in 1995 and joined Stifel Independent Advisors in 2023. Prior to this, he worked at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC. Rich has a genuine excitement for tracking the markets and focuses on developing customized wealth management strategies and helping clients pursue their legacy goals. He feels lucky to do his work surrounded by dedicated, fun, and engaged team members.
Committed to continuing to learn about his field, Rich earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ designation through the College for Financial Planning. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

Outside the office, Rich is married to his wife, Bridget, and they have two adult children, Simon, who lives and plays in the Rocky Mountains, and Izzy, who currently lives in Seattle.

The CFP® certification identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. Brian holds Series 7, 31, and 66 securities licenses.
Brian’s favorite part of his work is providing objective and timely financial guidance and seeing it play out over many years of relationships with clients. Away from the office, he enjoys skiing, fishing, and sailing.
Amanda began her investment industry career in 2008 and joined Stifel Independent Advisors in 2023. Prior to this, she joined ARC Wealth Management as a sales associate and was promoted to Partner and Financial Advisor, assisting clients with building wealth management plans.
Amanda enjoys helping her clients stay educated through every stage of their financial journey. She values the relationships that she creates with her clients and providing a top-tier client experience. She listens to each client so that she can help them pursue their financial goals, rather than trying to implement a one-size-fits-all solution.

Amanda has been married to her husband, Nate, for nearly 15 years, and they have two amazing kids, Sebastian and Cecilia. Outside the office, Amanda loves to organize birthday parties, plan her family’s Halloween costumes, and craft her annual witty family holiday card. She finds joy in working out with her husband and attending Broadway shows as often as she can. She also serves on the Finance and Investment Committee for Girl Scouts of Utah and is an active member of the Junior League, an educational women’s volunteer organization.
Kelsey has been with ARC Wealth Management for more than four years and joined Stifel Independent Advisors in 2023. She is devoted to assisting the team’s clients in their financial journey. Kelsey’s diverse skillset allows her to serve clients thoroughly and passionately as well as manage office operations. She works to recognize the often-overwhelming feeling clients face when managing their accounts and makes it her mission to make their service experience as simple as possible.
Kelsey earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, where she competed for the women’s golf team all four years. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Originally from Ogden, Utah, Kelsey now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her dog, Chip. Outside the office, she enjoys golfing, spending time with friends, and visiting her mom in Ogden.
Savannah works closely with her teammate, Kelsey, in client operations and assists the team in preparing for client meetings.
Instrumental to the team, Savannah is the first point of contact when client account-related matters arise. She is motivated to learn from her colleagues and grow her career in the practice. Savannah enjoys interacting with clients on a daily basis and working with them on their operational needs through their wealth management journey.
Born in Portland, Oregon, Savannah grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and enjoys living close to her parents, sister, and extended family. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Utah in 2022. Outside the office, Savannah enjoys boxing with her sister at a local gym, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
